Pablo specialises in international commercial and investment arbitration. He has vast experience in advising companies across various sectors and industries in large complex disputes. Pablo has acted as counsel in numerous arbitration proceedings under the ICSID and ICC rules involving bilateral investment treaties, gas purchase agreements and other commercial contracts.
Before joining De Brauw’s Arbitration practice, Pablo formed part of the competition and regulation group, where he participated in a broad range of competition-related matters, including cartel investigations, and complex international merger filings before the European Commission, practicing both in Amsterdam and Brussels.
