Albert Marsman contributes to IBA Arbitration Guide for the Netherlands
The Arbitration Guide for the Netherlands was updated in January 2018. Albert Marsman co-authored this guide, which is published by the IBA Arbitration Committee.
The Arbitration Committee prepares a guide to the law and practice of arbitration in more than 50 countries around the world. The material is intended as a high-level practical overview for practitioners and others seeking an introduction to arbitration in particular jurisdictions.
