16 December 2021 - De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek has appointed two new counsel as of 1 January 2022: Féline Goyarts in the capital markets practice, and Angela van Breda in corporate advisory.

Féline Goyarts
Féline works in De Brauw’s corporate practice, with a focus on equity capital markets and M&A. Her practice involves all aspects of securities offerings and listings. Féline also advises corporates on compliance with financial reporting obligations and financial markets regulations. Féline is trusted advisor and lead counsel to national and international clients in various high-end matters.
Angela van Breda
Angela is a member of De Brauw’s Corporate Advisory practice, where she focuses on corporate governance, advisory and M&A. Angela advises Dutch and foreign multinationals, including state-owned companies and financial institutions, on a broad range of highly complex corporate matters. She acts as lead counsel on matters of corporate governance, corporate restructurings, as well as private and public takeovers and offerings.
