De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek appoints Etiënne Dijkhorst, Minke Hoekstra, Peter Nolten and Kees Saarloos as counsel. All four will take up their new positions as of 1 January 2020.

Etiënne Dijkhorst
Etiënne specialises in real estate law, regularly advising Dutch multinationals, PE funds and institutional investors on the whole gambit of complex high-end real estate transactions. In conjunction with our corporate and regulatory practice groups, he also acts for clients involved with energy-related projects, particularly in the field of renewable energy.
Minke Hoekstra
Minke specialises in investment management and investment funds, including advising on the structuring and restructuring of retail and private equity funds, and providing regulatory advice in the broadest sense. Minke has over 18 years of experience in the asset management sector, both in-house and in private practice, and has worked for globally operating asset managers in the Netherlands, Hong Kong, London and New York.
Peter Nolten
Peter specialises in corporate and finance law in our Corporate practice. He advises corporates, financial institutions and private equity investors, and regularly works on cross-border transactions.
Kees Saarloos
Kees specialises in commercial litigation, particularly mass claims and cartel damage litigation. In the context of complex litigation matters, he also regularly advises on cross-border issues and issues of private international law.
