De Brauw appoints one new partner
De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek welcomes Rick van 't Wout as new partner. He has been appointed as partner in the Employment & Employee Benefits practice group, collaborating closely with other practice groups within the firm.

Rick specialises in the design and negotiation of management incentive schemes, employee co-determination and transaction-related employment matters. Since joining De Brauw in 2013, Rick has advised a broad range of clients on employment and M&A matters. Over the past years he worked closely with our private equity team to build out our expertise in the remuneration & incentives field, which combines the detailed knowledge of our employment, tax, corporate advisory and M&A experts. He also advises corporate clients on remuneration topics and incentive plans. Rick is highly valued for his multi-disciplinary approach, transaction experience and understanding of underlying economics. He delivers pragmatic and creative solutions to our clients. His appointment strengthens both our remuneration and employee benefits practice and the ability of our private equity team to make the difference in transactions.
