Rick specialises in the design and negotiation of management incentive schemes, employee co-determination and transaction-related employment matters. Since joining De Brauw in 2013, Rick has advised a broad range of clients on employment and M&A matters. Over the past years he worked closely with our private equity team to build out our expertise in the remuneration & incentives field, which combines the detailed knowledge of our employment, tax, corporate advisory and M&A experts. He also advises corporate clients on remuneration topics and incentive plans. Rick is highly valued for his multi-disciplinary approach, transaction experience and understanding of underlying economics. He delivers pragmatic and creative solutions to our clients.
