Reinier Kleipool and Jeroen van der Schrieck have been appointed partner at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek.
Reinier Kleipool has become an expert in corporate law and in particular in mergers and acquisitions. Some of his recent work includes advising Ahold on the acquisition of Bol.com, Omnicom on the merger with Publicis, and Klépierre on the public offer to Corio. He gained significant international Corporate experience at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York.
Jeroen van der Schrieck is a broadly experienced litigator, in particular corporate litigation. He advised the Dutch National Railways in the dispute with AnsaldoBreda about the Fyra trains and represents among others the former management in the aftermath of the bankruptcy of KPNQwest. Jeroen also has extensive experience in De Brauw's transaction practice.
