Last night our IP team received three awards during this years Managing IP Awards. For the third time in a row, we were granted the title "Netherlands IP Transactions & Advisory Firm of the Year. The Dutch Supreme Court case: HP v Stichting Thuiskopie was awarded as "Impact Case of the Year" . And last but definitely not least, our Head of IP Tobias Cohen Jehoram, won the "Netherlands Practitioner of the Year" award again. All awards are an incredible recognition in the Dutch and international legal market.
