Irina Timp
Irina specialises in in employment law and employee benefits, advising and litigating on a wide range of complex collective and individual employment cases. In addition, Irina has extensive expertise and experience in Supreme Court litigation, a pivotal area in the EEB practice, where she has represented companies and individual employees in several high-profile, landmark cases.
Jan Wytze Haanstra Lode
As part of the Corporate practice group, Jan Wytze focusses on private equity transactions, including competitive sell-side processes, leveraged buyouts, minority investments and complex carve-outs. In addition, Jan Wytze has broad experience in advising on private M&A transactions, joint venture structures and complex corporate law matters.
Laura Stiekema
Laura specialises in advising listed companies, large multinationals and private equity firms on M&A transactions. She also brings extensive expertise and experience in regulatory and compliance matters, particularly in the context of cross-border M&A transactions and in handling internal investigations and cross-border enforcement cases. Her interdisciplinary skills are highly valuable in matters with both a corporate and regulatory angle.
Ryanne Elkerbout-Kok
Ryanne specialises in restructuring & insolvency matters, complex financing transactions and international debt restructuring, including related litigation. She has a particular focus on and experience in contentious debt restructuring mandates, where clients rate her highly for her ability to steer them through unchartered territory, including in Dutch WHOA proceedings.
