De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek's general meeting has appointed Hanne Buis as executive partner. Hanne Buis will join the management board as of 1 April 2025, working with managing partners Klaas de Vries and Dennis Horeman.

Hanne brings extensive experience from her previous leadership roles at Schiphol Group and Lelystad Airport, where she demonstrated her ability to navigate complex challenges and drive strategic initiatives. As a seasoned executive, Hanne has a proven track record in commercial, operational and general management roles. She also fulfils a number of non-executive roles. Hanne holds two master degrees from the Erasmus University Rotterdam, one in Dutch Law and another in Healthcare Management & Policy.

De Brauw's current executive partner, Dorothee van Vredenburch, will stay on until the end of April 2025, working alongside Hanne to ensure a smooth transition.
