Eva has a broad regulatory practice and advises banks, insurance companies, payment institutions and pension funds on the regulation of Dutch and EU financial markets and pension matters. This includes advice about governance, outsourcing, capital requirements and interactions with supervisory authorities.
Eva assists clients in regulatory matters that are of strategic importance, in both transactions and litigation. She has a specific focus on complex transition processes, such as where undertakings face financial distress or pension funds need advice in the ongoing consolidating trend. Eva also advises about licence applications.

Esther specialises in pension law and employment law. She advises and litigates on a wide range of pension and employment-related issues in collective and individual cases, as well as in M&amp;A transactions. Esther has broad expertise in pension, insurance and investment management related issues. Esther is a Dutch certified pension lawyer. She litigates for both employers and pension providers. She also has a classic employment law practice, advising and litigating in collective and individual employment law disputes and employment and pension aspects in M&amp;A transactions. Before joining De Brauw, Esther worked as a researcher and lecturer on civil law and civil procedural law at the University of Leiden.

Wiebe specialises in international and Dutch tax law, focusing on corporate transactions, investment funds and tax controversy. Since joining De Brauw, Wiebe has advised numerous multinationals and funds on complex cross-border M&amp;A transactions, investment structures and tax disputes. Wiebe is actively involved in the tax expert group of the Dutch association of asset managers (DUFAS), the committee on legislative proposals of the Dutch association of tax advisors (NOB) and frequently lectures on international tax law, including at IBA conferences and at the universities of Amsterdam and Groningen. He is recognised by Chambers and Legal 500 with Chambers describing him as “very accessible, sharp, responsive and to the point” and Legal 500 referring to him as a “top-notch tax professional”.
