De Brauw advises Athena Consumer Acquisition Corp. (Athena Consumer) in announced business combination with German electric carmaker e.GO Mobile (e.GO).
Athena Consumer Acquisitions Corp. is a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: ACAQ), and is the second all-woman Athena SPAC. E.GO is a German manufacturer of electric vehicles and sustainable mobility solutions. Following the business combination, e.GO will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange via a Dutch N.V. (ticker: EGOX). E.GO's anticipated enterprise value after listing amounts to almost USD 1 billion.
