Constantijn specializes in corporate advisory. His primary focus is corporate law, including governance, advisory and mergers and acquisitions.

Constantijn has extensive experience across the field of corporate law. A substantial part of his practice is cross-border, reflecting his experience in international transactions involving IPOs, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and strategic deals.

Frank specialises in complex public and private M&amp;A transactions. He has acted for several listed companies, large multinationals and private equity funds on M&amp;A transactions, joint ventures, corporate governance and listing rules. A substantial part of his practice involves cross-border transactions, advising clients on their transactions outside of the Netherlands. Aside from transaction focused matters, Frank regularly advises listed companies on shareholder activism and response situations, including hostile takeover bids. Prior to joining the M&amp;A team, he worked as a senior associate in the firm's Corporate Litigation practice.

Jeroen heads our corporate litigation practice group. He represents clients in court proceedings, including before the Enterprise Chamber in Amsterdam, and in arbitration. His practice focuses on corporate and M&amp;A-related disputes, including investor claims. Jeroen also has considerable M&amp;A experience.

Johan has a broad practice as a litigator before the Dutch courts, including the Supreme Court, with a particular focus on commercial disputes and mass claims. He has represented and advised numerous Dutch and international corporates in complex and cross-border litigation. Johan has a particular affinity for contract law and procedural law. Before joining the Litigation practice, Johan worked in De Brauw’s Finance practice, advising on a wide array of finance transactions, from corporate syndicated loan refinancings to bond programmes and convertible bonds.
