Chicago Bridge & Iron Company N.V. ("CB&I") entered into a business combination agreement with McDermott International, Inc. ("McDermott") under which they will combine in an all-stock transaction. The estimated enterprise value of the transaction is USD 6 billion.

The combined group has revenue of approximately USD 10 billion and approximately 38,000 employees worldwide.
