De Brauw assisted COFRA Holding in the acquisition of Sunrock Investments. Sunrock develops and manages solar energy projects in the Netherlands and is market leader in the large-scale roof-based solar energy segment, with a strong customer base of logistics and other business property owners. Sunrock fits well in COFRA's portfolio: it is a long-term strategic investment that fits COFRA's mission to be a force for good. The acquisition is also in line with COFRA's own ambitions for the transition to green energy and the reduction of the CO2 content of the portfolio.
