De Brauw is advising BlackFin Capital Partners on the acquisition of IBS Capital Allies, the leading independent wealth manager in the Netherlands, with over €5 billion in assets under management, from its current shareholders.

Completion of the transaction is subject to certain conditions, including the receipt of required regulatory approvals from the DNB and AFM. The CEO and CRO of IBS Capital Allies will continue to lead the management team.
