De Brauw advised General Atlantic’s BeyondNetZero climate growth fund on its majority investment in GRESB, a leading global provider of sustainability standards and benchmarks for real assets.

General Atlantic acquired its stake from Summit Partners, which retained a minority position in GRESB following close of the transaction. The GRESB management team has also reinvested into the company and continues its ongoing work driving GRESB’s growth and impact.

De Brauw worked closely together with Weil, with the wider Weil team comprising lawyers in the UK, U.S. and France.
