De Brauw acted as Dutch counsel to Ecolab Inc. (NYSE:ECL) in the divestiture of its global surgical solutions business to Medline Industries LP for approximately USD 950 million.

The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2024, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
