Henk specialises in tax and corporate law and, in particular, mergers and acquisitions and private equity structuring. Her clients include domestic and international corporate clients in a variety of industries, and private equity funds.

Mirjam is an experienced lawyer specialised in employment law, litigation and sports law. She focusses on collective employment law, co-determination, employment conditions and dismissal of executives, reorganisations and pensions. Mirjam often litigates, not only on employment law related matters, but also on sports law, and contract law liability. She also works closely with our M&amp;A department on employment related topics in transactions.
