Lennard is a partner in De Brauw’s Corporate/M&amp;A practice, and head of the private equity practice. He acts for Dutch and international private equity firms on their acquisitions and exit transactions, as well on other matters throughout the investment period. In addition, Lennard regularly acts for founders and family-owned companies who wish to sell their company or to partner with private equity. He is often consulted for his expertise in governance arrangements between shareholders, private equity funds and co-investors, including minority investments by private equity, and in warranty &amp; indemnity insurance and management participation plans.
Lennard is recognised as a leader in his field, as also confirmed by Legal 500 (‘Hall of Fame’ for Private Equity) and Chambers. Lennard was nominated as one of six lawyers for the Dutch Best M&amp;A Lawyer Award each year as from 2020 and won the award in 2021 and 2023.
Lennard played an important role in establishing De Brauw’s Singapore office.

Heather is part of De Brauw’s Corporate practice and is based in Amsterdam. She has a broad background in M&amp;A law from North American and European perspectives. 
Heather has advised on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, divestments, joint venture arrangements, complex carve-out transactions and private equity investments in a range of industries. Her clients include domestic and international corporate clients in a variety of industries, and private equity funds.
Heather holds degrees from the University of Toronto and the University of Oxford. She is qualified to practice in New York, and prior to joining De Brauw, she practiced at a major international law firm in New York.

Anastasiia is part of De Brauw's capital markets and M&amp;A practices, advising on public and private mergers and acquisitions, often with an international angle, as well as on listings and public offerings on Euronext Amsterdam. She also advises Dutch listed companies on their ongoing obligations.
Anastasiia was formerly a member of the arbitration practice, where she worked on international commercial, gas price review and post-M&amp;A arbitration proceedings. She has also provided legal and administrative support to the presiding arbitrator in an ICC arbitration, and assisted commercial clients on contractual disputes, including those resulting from COVID-related governmental measures.

Henk specialises in tax and corporate law and, in particular, mergers and acquisitions and private equity structuring. Since joining De Brauw, Henk has advised numerous multinationals and private equity clients on public and private transactions, leveraged buy-outs, complex cross-border transactions, corporate restructurings, financings and refinancings, and the structuring of management incentive plans.
Legal 500 has recognised Henk as a "leading individual", with Chambers stating that Henk is "up and coming". In 2020, 2021 and 2023, Henk was nominated by MenA.nl (the Dutch M&amp;A awards) as Best M&amp;A Tax Adviser, and he won this award in 2024.

Eva has a broad regulatory practice and advises banks, insurance companies, payment institutions and pension funds on the regulation of Dutch and EU financial markets and pension matters.
