ICT Group and a consortium led by NPM Capital agree on recommended public offer
De Brauw has assisted ICT Group on reaching an agreement with a consortium led by NPM Capital on a recommended full public offer of EUR 14.50 (cum dividend) in cash per issued and outstanding ordinary share of ICT Group, following a competitive bidding process. The public offer for ICT Group represents an equity value of approximately EUR 140.6 million. More information can be found in the press release.
