De Brauw successfully represented Impossible Foods in Dutch preliminary relief and full-scale court proceedings against Nestlé
De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek successfully represented Impossible Foods,
the market leader in the field of plant-based meat alternatives, located in
the US, in obtaining a preliminary pan-European injunction invoking Impossible
Foods's trademark "Impossible Burger" against Nestlé's use of
"Incredible Burger", as well as in a series of challenges initiated against its trademarks, before the EUIPO.
