Alexandra specialises in company law, with a focus on M&A and corporate governance. Since joining De Brauw in 2016, she has advised multinational corporations on complex public and private M&A, as well as shareholder activism and corporate governance matters.

In addition to her M&A work, Alexandra also has noteworthy experience in corporate and Supreme Court litigation, as well as arbitration.
