Anastasiia is part of De Brauw's capital markets and M&A practices, advising on public and private mergers and acquisitions, often with an international angle, as well as on listings and public offerings on Euronext Amsterdam. She also advises Dutch listed companies on their ongoing obligations.

Anastasiia was formerly a member of the arbitration practice, where she worked on international commercial, gas price review and post-M&A arbitration proceedings. She has also provided legal and administrative support to the presiding arbitrator in an ICC arbitration, and assisted commercial clients on contractual disputes, including those resulting from COVID-related governmental measures.
