Anastasiia has worked on international commercial, gas price review and post-M&A arbitration proceedings. She has also provided legal and administrative support to the presiding arbitrator in an ICC arbitration, and assisted commercial clients on contractual disputes, including those resulting from COVID-related governmental measures.

Anastasiia is currently part of the Capital Markets and M&A practices, advising on international mergers and acquisitions.
