Belle specialises in corporate finance, with a focus on general banking and debt restructuring transactions, as well as restructuring proceedings. Belle has advised corporates, financial institutions and private equity investors, and worked with leading independent law firms on cross-border transactions and proceedings.

Before joining the Finance & Restructuring practice, Belle was part of De Brauw's corporate litigation and arbitration team. She represented corporate clients as counsel in Dutch court proceedings, including proceedings before the Netherlands Enterprise Court, and in international arbitration proceedings.
