Chris is engaged in the firm’s corporate and M&A practice, with a particular focus on private M&A, private equity and founder transactions. He has been involved in cross-border and domestic transactions in various markets, including several involving regulated companies. In addition to his M&A work, Chris has experience with commercial and IP litigation, and advising clients on protection and enforcement of their IP rights.
