Dorothee makes up the Management Board, together with Dennis Horeman and Klaas de Vries.

Dorothee has extensive international business experience, both as the founder of innovative consultancy firms and as an executive at a number of listed companies. In 2009, she was hired by ING to take a central role in separating the company’s banking and insurance business. She then moved to NN Group to help in its transformation to an independent company.

Dorothee combines her vast executive experience with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong engagement with society.
