Han Shi focuses on private M&A and advises corporations and private equity funds on divestments, acquisitions and joint ventures. She has extensive experience in assisting clients in a variety of business sectors, including regulated sectors such as financial institutions and energy.

In 2019 and 2020, Han Shi was seconded to Slaughter and May's Hong Kong office, where she gained experience in China-related M&A.

Han Shi completed the Grotius Mergers and Acquisitions postgraduate course with honours in 2022.
