Irina specialises in employment law and employee benefits, where she advises and litigates on a wide range of employment-related issues in collective and individual cases. An important focus of her practice is litigating before the Dutch Supreme Court, where she has represented companies, individual employees and trade unions in several high-profile, landmark cases. Before joining De Brauw in 2018, Irina gained experience as a lawyer in Supreme Court litigation, traditional employment law and civil service law.
