Iulia assists clients in complex arbitration proceedings, inter alia under ICC and ICSID rules, as well as in setting aside/enforcement proceedings before the Dutch courts. She specialises in commercial and investment arbitration, and has particular expertise with respect to the Energy Charter Treaty.
