Jesse is a member of De Brauw's corporate advisory practice. He regularly assists listed multinationals, private equity firms and founder-led businesses on corporate law-related matters. His work includes cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, venture capital transactions and related corporate governance matters

As part of his corporate practice, Jesse also regularly advises private equity firms on the structuring of transactions and related management incentive and participation schemes.
