Kees specialises in commercial litigation, particularly mass claims and cartel damage litigation. He acts on behalf of Dutch and international regulated institutions and corporate clients.
Before joining the litigation practice group, Kees was with De Brauw’s Investment Management Group, where he advised financial institutions and corporate and government bodies on financial regulatory law and pension law, and with De Brauw’s administrative law group. In 2017, Kees worked for six months as director of regulatory affairs at a major Dutch car leasing company.
