Leon is a senior associate in De Brauw's M&A practice, where he focuses on public and private M&A transactions. Most recently, he was part of the teams advising: Beter Bed Holding on the public offer by 959 B.V.; Parcom on its acquisition of Just Brands; and investors on strategic insurance, fintech and venture capital transactions.

Before joining the M&A practice, Leon worked on several complex litigation matters. He has worked on post-M&A disputes, governance disputes, class actions by claim vehicles representing shareholders worldwide, financial litigation and climate litigation.
