Lindsay specialises in employment law and employee benefits, where she represents clients in individual and collective labour law matters. Since joining De Brauw's employment practice, Lindsay has been advising and litigating on a wide range of employment-related matters, including individual and collective employment conditions, reorganisations, dismissals, employee transfer, co-determination and equal treatment.
