Michel joined De Brauw in 2018 and forms part of our competition practice in Brussels. He has acted on a number of leading competition litigation cases, including individual and collective proceedings before EU and national courts in several jurisdictions across Europe. He also has extensive experience securing clearance from EU and foreign authorities in complex multi-jurisdictional merger control cases in global transactions.
As part of his practice, Michel assists clients subject to antitrust investigations, oversees internal investigations, and manages compliance programmes, focusing on cartel and abuse of dominance matters.
