Mirjam is an all-round litigation lawyer, acting on behalf of national and international companies in various types of litigation before civil and administrative courts. Mirjam has a background in public law, assisting clients on a wide range of regulatory issues, especially enforcement disputes. She also uses this expertise to advise clients on issues arising in corporate transactions.

As well as LLM degrees in Civil Law and Public Law, Mirjam also holds an MSc degree in Political History.
