Pamela has a broad background in employment law. Before joining De Brauw as a senior legal adviser in 2015, Pamela worked as in-house legal employment counsel at several Dutch multinationals. Prior to that, she practised law at a large Dutch law firm based in Amsterdam.

As part of the Employment and Employee Benefits practice group and our Legal Operations team, Pamela is responsible for know-how management and keeping the lawyers up to speed on new legal developments. She also acts as a sparring partner on matter-related know-how questions.
