Summary

Rick is a counsel in De Brauw's Employment & Employee Benefits practice, where he focuses on remuneration and incentives matters. These include management incentive plans – such as "sweet equity" plans, SAR schemes and other equity or equity-like plans, bonus schemes, and LTIPs –, remuneration policies and executive compensation. Rick has extensive experience assisting PE and VC clients, corporates, and other clients in these matters. As part of his practice, Rick also advises on other employment-related aspects of M&A transactions.
