Robert specialises in dispute resolution with a focus on commercial litigation. He advises Dutch and international companies on large-scale disputes and represents clients in legal proceedings. Robert has a broad practice with an emphasis on contract law, liability law and procedural law, and he works on complex matters, such as cross-border and mass claim litigation. In addition to his litigation work, Robert regularly advises clients in contracting matters. He also lectures on procedural law and contracting at the University of Amsterdam, and at De Brauw's in-house training programme for junior associates.
Since joining De Brauw in 2016, Robert has also gained experience in national and cross-border M&A transactions.
