Sebastian specialises in international commercial arbitration and cross-border litigation. He has acted as counsel for several listed companies and large multinational corporations in arbitral proceedings under the ICC and NAI rules, as well as in proceedings before Dutch courts.

Before joining the Litigation team, Sebastian was part of De Brauw's Finance & Restructuring team, where he gained significant experience in corporate finance, with a focus on international debt restructuring, general banking and capital markets. Sebastian has advised listed corporates, private equity investors and financial institutions and worked with leading independent law firms on cross-border transactions and debt restructurings.

Sebastian also regularly lectures on international corporate governance and ESG topics at the Erasmus University Rotterdam.
