Sena specialises in general banking and finance, with a focus on corporate finance, and restructuring matters. She advises corporates, financial institutions and private equity investors on a wide range of financing matters and cross-border transactions.

Before joining De Brauw, Sena worked at Baker McKenzie where she advised domestic and international clients on cross-border equity capital markets and finance transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. Sena was also seconded to Citibank in 2019.
