Sifra specialises in general banking and corporate finance, including bilateral and syndicated loans, acquisition financing, debt capital markets transactions and debt restructuring. She has advised corporates, financial institutions and private equity investors, and has worked with leading independent law firms on cross-border transactions.

Before joining the Finance & Restructuring practice, Sifra was part of De Brauw’s Intellectual Property group. She assisted corporate clients in complex IP disputes, in particular regarding patent law, and she litigated before national courts at all levels, including the Dutch Supreme Court.
