Sophie specialises in corporate law with a focus on the corporate advisory practice. Since joining De Brauw in 2019, Sophie has been involved in public and private M&A transactions, and has advised listed, private and state-owned companies on their corporate structuring, corporate governance related matters and anti-takeover measures.
