Tency is an associate in De Brauw's Enforcement and Investigations practice and based in Shanghai. Currently, her practice focuses on corporate compliance and anti-bribery regulation, sanctions and export control.

Prior to joining De Brauw, Tency worked in a law firm in China for three years, where she advised clients on corporate governance, foreign direct investment and compliance.

Tency received her LL.M. degree in corporate law from University of California, Los Angeles. Tency is admitted to practice in New York State, U.S.A. and holds the Chinese lawyer qualification.
