Thomas specialises in corporate finance, with a focus on general banking, capital markets and debt restructuring. Since joining De Brauw in 2015, Thomas has advised corporates, financial institutions and private equity investors and worked with leading independent law firms on cross-border transactions. Thomas has particular experience in handling transaction related to insolvency and distressed companies.

Thomas has also worked in De Brauw’s corporate litigation and arbitration, where he represented large corporate clients and banks as counsel in Dutch court proceedings as well as national and international arbitration proceedings.
