He regularly advises banks, insurance companies, investment firms, payment institutions and financial services providers on regulatory requirements, including on licensing, conduct of business rules, prudential requirements, and recovery and resolution. He also advises financial undertakings on financial and civil law matters in financial sector litigation before Dutch and European courts. Tjalling has significant experience in complex governance-related regulatory matters for financial undertakings, and has worked on cross-border M&A transactions involving financial undertakings.
