Tom is part of De Brauw's corporate practice and assists Dutch and international clients in complex transactions, in particular equity capital markets and M&A transactions. He has been involved in cross-border spin-offs and convertible bond issues, as well as the capital markets and M&A elements of large public M&A transactions.

Before joining the corporate practice, Tom was part of De Brauw's arbitration department where he was involved in commercial, post-M&A and climate change litigation and international enforcement proceedings.
