Will is an associate in De Brauw's Enforcement and Investigations practice, based in Shanghai. His principal areas of practice are competition and compliance matters. Before joining De Brauw, Will was an associate with a Chinese law firm in Shanghai where he was involved in compliance, corporate and arbitration matters.
His recent work highlights include advising multinationals with activities in a wide range of industries in China on compliance and corporate issues.
Will received LL.M. degree in private international law from East China University of Political Science and Law and holds the Chinese lawyer qualification.
