Yiyi is a senior associate in De Brauw's IP/Tech group. She has broad litigation experience across a range of sectors and including both soft IP (trademark, copyright, design) and patents, with a particular focus on complex cross-border matters.

Yiyi also advises her clients on various non-contentious topics, such as licensing, R&D collaboration and the transfer of IP.
