Wouter specialises in corporate, commercial and Dutch Supreme Court litigation, representing domestic and international clients at all levels of the court system in the Netherlands. Holding degrees in both law and economics, Wouter is valued by clients for his multidisciplinary approach in complex financial matters.

Wouter was formerly part of De Brauw’s Corporate practice group, where he advised corporate borrowers and lenders on multi-jurisdictional financing arrangements.
