In this role, you assist in carrying out facilities-related tasks. This includes moving furniture, doing minor repairs and coordinating maintenance projects together with external parties to ensure the smooth operation of De Brauw's facilities.

For this role, your main tasks are:

• performing hands-on tasks, such as moving furniture, conducting inspections, making minor repairs and communicating with stakeholders
• acting as the primary contact for external service providers and overseeing daily building maintenance, including anything related to locks, signage, waste management, lighting, coffee machines, furniture and archives
• alerting the Facilities Manager where the standard process for contracts and SLAs is not followed
• taking over the duties of the Facilities Desk Officer (FDO) during their absence or at peak times
• maintaining facilities-related records and documentation in accordance with compliance and internal policies
• assisting in building and maintenance projects
• handling facilities-related questions and liaising between colleagues and third-party suppliers
• assisting with facilities-related tasks on special occasions or in case of building-related emergencies, including those occurring outside standard working hours

Who you are

You have:

• an MBO degree of its equivalent
• relevant work experience
• a good command of Dutch and English, both written and verbal
• a customer-focused attitude
• a collaborative and flexible mindset
• good planning and organisational skills
• the ability to lift and move equipment
